I am advocating for due process for Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

A 54 year old U.S. citizen was detained and his identity documents were initially seized. Fortunately, ICE eventually looked at the documents and released him. But what’s to stop them from shipping other “oops” detainees to El Salvador with no due process?
