Capability-based security means: your AI agent can only do what you've explicitly allowed.

No marketplace trust. No permission escalation. Every capability attenuated, never widened.

This is how AI agents should work.
Most tools want you to build a system before you can think. Folders, tags, dashboards. The setup becomes the work. Meos has none of that. On purpose.

You open it and write. That's the whole ritual.

Weird experiment. I searched Meos for "that conversation where I changed my mind" and it found a note I wrote in February about letting go of a project.

No keyword match. Just meaning, running locally on my phone. Nobody's server understood that query but mine.

You remember the idea but not the words. You remember the feeling but not the note. You remember it mattered but not where it went.

Meos remembers all three. On your phone, from your own writing.

You ever wake up and the first thing your brain does is finish a sentence from three weeks ago?

Not the words. The shape of it. The feeling of what you were trying to say.

That's not a glitch. That's your mind telling you something is still alive in there, waiting.

You know that thing where you explain a problem to someone and halfway through you solve it yourself?

Meos is like that. Except instead of a person, it's every note you've ever written, listening back.

You didn't stop reading. You stopped being able to find what you read.

Every article, every PDF, every half-finished rabbit hole. It's all still in there somewhere. Buried under six tools and a quiet guilt you can't name.

What if the problem isn't that you're disorganised... but that you're organised across twelve different places?

Ran an experiment. Wrote a note about a half-formed idea in January, forgot it completely, then asked Meos something unrelated last week.

It connected them. By meaning, not by words.

Nobody told it to. That's the point.

You ever notice how you remember where you were sitting when an idea hit, but not the idea itself?

The room. The light. The half-finished coffee. All vivid. The thought? Gone.

Your brain at 3am: crystal clear thesis, perfect connections, every thread woven together.

Your brain at 9am: what was it about again?

Meos remembers at both hours. On your device, in your words.

Funny how you never lose a grudge but you lose the idea that could've changed everything.

Your phone remembers differently with Meos. Not by title. By what it meant.

You open your notes to find something you wrote last week. Twenty minutes later you've reorganised three folders, created a new tag system, and still haven't found it.

The filing was supposed to help. Instead you built a labyrinth and handed yourself no thread.

You know that thing where you're mid-conversation and you reference something you wrote months ago, but you can't find it, so you paraphrase badly and lose the thread?

Meos found the original. On your phone. While you were still fumbling.

Ran an experiment. Wrote one sentence a day for a month, forgot about it entirely, then searched Meos by a feeling I couldn't name. It returned a pattern I hadn't consciously noticed. Your own words, teaching you something new.

Tried something strange. Wrote a note at 2am, half-asleep, barely coherent. Six weeks later Meos matched it to a conversation I'd been circling for days. The drunk dial your subconscious needed to make.

What if your AI had only ever read you?

Not the internet. Not Reddit. Not Wikipedia. Just... everything you've written, thought, half-finished.

What would you ask it?

Meos runs locally. Your words never leave your phone. getmeos.com

Meos found it. You hadn't even finished the sentence.

That thing where you delete an app and it says "your data will be permanently removed from our servers"

and you think... it was on your servers?

Meos never has that moment. Your notes live on your phone. There are no servers to delete from.

You ever sit with someone and realise they remember a version of you that you forgot existed?

Not the facts. The feeling of who you were when you said that thing, three winters ago, half-asleep.

That's what I wanted from technology. Not a filing cabinet. A companion that holds the thread.
February 17, 2026 at 3:31 AM
When was the last time you asked yourself a question and wished your own past writing could answer it?

Meos does that. On your phone. No cloud involved.

Your phone dreaming while you sleep. Every thought you ever whispered to it, woven together in the dark.

Meos runs its intelligence on your device. No server ever sees the pattern.

We built Meos because we kept handing back laptops.

Every contract that ended. Every company you leave. Twenty years of context, gone. Their machine, their cloud, their rules.

We thought... what if the knowledge lived with you instead.

You keep opening the same three apps looking for something you wrote last week.

Not the words. The feeling behind them. The thread you were pulling on before life interrupted.

You'd know it if you saw it. But no search box accepts "that thing I was excited about on Tuesday."

Sometimes at 2am you remember the shape of a thought but not where you left it.

And somehow, it's already there.
