I get to take up space.
I get to ask for what I need.
I get to change my mind.

I don’t owe anyone an explanation for my boundaries.
“No” is a full sentence.
“Yes” is a choice.

I protect my peace by honoring my energy —
not stretching it thin to make others comfortable.

People will call it attitude when you finally stop shrinking. Keep going

You can keep it respectful and real at the same damn time.

Boundaries aren't about control. They're about capacity.
