30% of hospital revenue already comes from Medicare/Medicaid. 90+% of hospitals accept Medicare/Medicaid. If private healthcare is replaced by universal healthcare, all hospitals would take it, or they'd lose 70% of their revenues. Hospitals can't exist just serving you & your wealthy friends.
