One year of Trails. I'm finally caught up. I'm so amped to be caught up for Beyond the Horizon in Jan.
I bought the first game back on PSP, but never really played it. Now I've finally set things right lmao.

Daybreak 2 is done. Can't believe I've finally caught up with the series.
Good improvements to the mechanics, great character moments throughout, Most Woke JRPG, but unfortunately it has the worst "A Plot" of the entire series.
The only game in the series that feels like an irrelevant filler arc.

I dont see myself playing these remakes anytime soon. If i replay Sky, i'd most likely choose the originals since that first translation and voice work is a big reason why i love those games so much.

the thing is that this guy keeps being like, "god no you idiots, we don't use AI for THAT" and then keeps narrowing down what they actually use GenAI for to the point where it's not even clear to me what productivity gains it's supposed to be providing.

Finished Trails through Daybreak. I loved it. Best in the series since it went 3D. One more game to go before I'm caught up for January!
The cast and the writing are particular highlights for me. I really loved Van and the dynamic each of the characters had in this world and with each other.
