If I was Governor Newsom, I'd tell tRump I will order all non-federal personnel out of the area, totally give it over to the federal military and I will activate my National Guard to rescue them if requested. Otherwise, you're on your own you bought it and now you own it!

There is a very simple way to deal with tRump's tariffs, when he puts tariffs on your imports to the US, just put the tariffs on what you export to the US and find other markets.

Fox News had the EPA director on their morning show and they were going on about closing the EPA museum in the Smithsonian and how it was free and never made money. Why wouldn't they know all of the Smithsonian museums and the National Zoo are free in DC? Why treat your audience like they are fools?

Interesting! It just so happens in 1981 about 6 months after Reagan took office, he fired the striking air traffic controllers and about 5 months after that an airliner went down in the Potomac killing 74 passengers. They changed the name from Washington to Reagan National Airport. Same one!
