Interesting, haven't seen this happen before. I asked Claude to check an algorithm and it code-switched between English and Chinese to write "Re-evaluate" (Re-评估).

Not on the issue itself. I unstarred the repo and it gets even worse.

Starred a Github repo and got this welcome issue created tagging me. If I have to guess, the author had good intentions, but the message across in a different manner and that's definitely not a positive one.

When did Reddit start letting machine translated content get indexed by Google?

I searched for "dehumidifer reddit" in Dutch and of the top 5 results only one is actually Dutch and the rest is machine translated from English.

If anything that could make Reddit less useful could happen, this is it.

Wow, I have been a happy user of Stocard for a long time and they are now discontinuing their app with just a two week notice. There's no option at all to export data to import into a third app.

New EU report has worrying concerns about ageing population in the EU and recommends migration to offset the change. Sad that politics in most countries seem to be heading in the opposite direction.

Looks like Kadaster, the Dutch Land Registry, has been handing out access to search through the ownership details of every residential home in the country without any vetting. Only thing you need: any company's registration number and the company name - both public data.

After years of supply chain issues, looks like we are finally past the Raspberry Pi shortage.
