Went to my local library today and found they have 2 new prominently located book cases, both sporting large colorful signs. One was labeled LGBTQ+, the other RESIST. Both cases were full of books & info. DEI is alive and well in our corner of the country. It must not be taken for granted.

Maybe I’m slow witted. How precisely does the GOP justify giving the top 1% more tax breaks? How much more money do Bezos, Musk etc need? Why do they need it? Is it so with Citizens United they can afford to buy more elected officials? Is the $ just a scorecard? They’re “job creators?” What is it?

Shout Out to Marjorie Taylor Greene for putting the spotlight on PBS. Her vapid & imbecilic rant about the dangers of public TV got my undivided attention.
