Have you tried recalculating the normals? This looks like a flipped normals issue. If you're unfamiliar I'd recommend looking for a short tutorial online about it, that should give you some good information on identifying and fixing shading problems like that when it's related to normals.

The scaling up can be handled by your slicer if its dimensions aren't too critical. The resolution problem can be solved by a subdivision modifier if the topology allows it. When exporting you'll want to make sure to check the "apply modifiers" button on the panel on the right of the export window.

That could have been a flipped normals situation, there's an overlay in Blender to help you see these kinds issues. If you're not familiar I'd recommend looking up stuff about flipping the normals on YouTube, you'll find some good little tutorials
