Henry Wojtaszek is back at Western OTB — this time as a member of the board of directors.

Niagara County lawmakers approved him 10-5 vote Tuesday.

Unmentioned were the many scandals, investigations and audits, that occurred under his leadership as well.

New: When police drink and drive, they don't face the same consequences as civilians. While some receive traffic citations, almost none receive DUIs. That's especially the case in Central and Western New York.
