I’ll keep my eyes peeled! Very possible I just haven’t been in the right place at the right time. That’s my least-frequented part of the greenway: for downtown trips I usually go up the hill at 158, and my leisure rides usually start at 181 and go north

only ever seen one in Inwood in a small green near the big park ~7 years ago, and none since, sadly. Groundhogs a little more common around Inwood & Ft. Tryon. A coyote once at twilight near Highbridge! Plenty of squirrels, though the black ones are very rare ‘til the Bronx. And, the geese, well…
