I genuinely view rise of skywalker as the most nothing film ever put to screen. It says nothing, just undoes everything the last movie did, has the most pointless fan service imaginable. It exists to end the sequel trilogy and thats all, a movie born from purpose not passion.

Nah its fair, the way i see it is Nintendo is still making games like they are 50 bucks, great value cause their games are often pretty great and well polished, but when you bump that price up to 70 yea quality is still there but now that is kind of expected, but the amount of content is lacking

Craziest thing they’ve done for me was getting pyramid head for the holloween special, i’ve never seen anyone just raw rip a model from a game and put it in a show, that was something i never knew you can just do. Well except maybe those mtv music videos from like 2003.

They gave ripjaws one of the best designs in the class series and then said, let’s just make every scene involving him a joke.

It’s story ideas, setting, music, set pieces all add up to more value for me than a game like forces which is objectively better put together game, but for me has a lot less interesting ideas.

For me those are more important than the gameplay sometimes, its why i love 06 even though the story and dialogue can be kinda doo doo and the gameplay is a buggy mess.
