Pretty good step count lately. It doesn’t always have to be 10k, but 10k steps is the ideal goal. It’s enough for it to average out closer to 8k, so I’ve still got just a bit more work to do :)

Update from when I was 5 weeks post-op showing that the swelling is still going down

Not the best presentation but I made more healthy pizza (Italian sausage, bell pepper, broccoli, egg, avocado, mozzarella cheese 🙏)

That ulcer below my right incision is finally healing after plenty of aquaphor and neosporin treatment (1-3x daily)
I had top surgery without JP drains, so the swelling in my chest is going to take longer to go down. Plus I’m slouching here lol. But it’s going down more each day :)
