all art is good art homie. it means we're human beings expressing the unexpressable, even if its just some dumb crap that we like

the things you hate about your work will often become your hallmark. once you give art to the world they make up their own minds about it, one way or another

in a sense, you use pure intention to bring art from out of your mind into the world and while no one can tell you something is done better than you, sometimes the best outcome is just getting it out into the world where people can either love it or hate it (they almost never hate it)

you have to just decide that something is done, and to a certain extent, it's arbitrary. i just know that issues that i had with a final mix "that i meant to do more with" are gone once you've listened to it 100 times. then the right way becomes just what it is, does that make sense?
