I am supporting a black disabled home of 2 + 2 cats who are not able to buy food/supplies, keep utilities on, seek healthcare, have transportation without aid.

They’re suffering from chronic fatigue, pain and illnesses worsened by COVID infections while homeless.
ca/ven: memwho | pp: xomemereytwod UNPACKED/UNCLEANED they are two, unemployeable disabled, immunocompromised pwME/CFS & LC who have not been able to unpack or afford cleaners since moving in one year ago. there is relatively no access to the floor because of the boxes and bags that have accumulated unpacking and organizing your things takes a lot of stamina and planning that a lot of people with ME/CFS do not have due to cognitive dysfunction (brain fog), chronic fatigue, and chronic pain. pushing past their limits is dangerous, and because they have ME/CFS, any physical activity or even mental stress can cause post exertional malaise, pain/fatigue flares, and will cause their ME/CFS to go from severe to very or extremely severe ME. ca/ven: memwho | pp: xomemereytwod UNPACKED/UNCLEANED the reason why their disabilities/chronic illnesses make it so that they are unable to clean is because of PEM as i mentioned, but what movements cause PEM and ME/CFS to get worse? LC causes ME/CFS. one of the chronic illnesses LC/viral infections can cause is POTS/SFN/dysautonomia which is a common comorbidity to ME/CFS things that exaggerate symptoms of dysautonomia are: • sitting and standing up • leaning over/reaching down • lifting arms/reaching up • sensory overload (bright lights, noises, physical sensations are too much • it can be hard to remember to breathe and clean at the same time dysautonomia affects your autonomic nervous system which is responsible for "automatic" functions of your body like your heart beating, breathing, blinkin, swallowing, digestive system, etc. MECFS symptoms from no symptoms to extremely severe
