the zenphone 9/10 are as wide as the 13 mini, a little bit thicker (because of a larger battery which lasts more than just a part of one day), and fair bit taller. It also has a headphone jack, MicsoSD slot, and a two axis gimbal stabilized main camera

There is legal precedent for what you say. I learned that in some countries they had to change the "You Wouldn't Steal a Car" anti-piracy PSA because it was misleading and legally incorrect
