I think mine was Grima the Fell Dragon from Fire Emblem Awakening. Not necessarily a difficult fight but a full blown charge to get to him. You practically fight an army just to get to him. Fun fight though

I would say that I doubt it can happen at this point, but then again they threw the Xenoblade Chonicles X curveball at us. So who knows at this point
