Mostly security patches. If there are any exploits created for windows 10 in the future they won't patch the security holes so it potentially puts you at risk not having those hiles patched.

Microsoft ended support (and updates) for windows 10 to try and force everyone to move to windows 11. After much backlash they decided to extend support but want to charge you for it. The script above removes the limitations and allows you to have an extended support license without paying their fee
