It felt appropriate
A pokemon named Froslass is named “Noki” after a YouTuber named Nokimon who their favorite Pokemon is Froslass. The Pokemon looks like it has a sideways water drop shaped head, its eyes, mouth area and a diamond shape between the eyes are cut out of the water drop shaped head almost like a skull with 2 ice crystal poking out the top of the head like horns. On each side of the head 2 long pieces extend down to form arms and it flares out at the bottom with what seems to be ice on the ends that flare out, at the very bottom of the pieces are 3 fingers. Below the head it comes down and out a little bit forming a bottle shaped body and in the middle of the body is a red Ribbon wrapped around it and a shape that looks like a bow in the back.
