yeah u get it! my classmates knew i was trans + gay + neurodivergent but their go-to way to make fun of me was to point out how emo i was bc anything else could have gotten them in trouble. so they tried to make ME seem like the problem bc i was too different from them + liked “weird” music

i’m finally going to one of their shows but yeah i was made fun of relentlessly in middle + high school, for a number of reasons but especially for being emo/alternative. and sure i like TBP but the people who ONLY like TBP + made fun of ppl for liking MCR r beyond hypocritical. drives me crazy
