The stats do definitely still exist, since GetStat is returning success.
A screenshot of the Steam console's debug output for several GetStat calls which suggest the PS3 statistics still exist.

It looks like you're correct. Those stats have a field named "platform_access" with a value of 8.

Since that exists I would assume the Steamworks API is actually validating the correct platform is setting them.

Senshi is mine... with 19 minutes to spare before the crossover event ended in #Arknights.

Only two weeks for the event seemed really short.

Got the crew with the currency I had... now I need to actually play #Arknights at some point to get Senshi, lol.

Apparently I got stupid lucky with my pulls. got everyone in 6 ten pulls (and four 6*s in those). 😤
