I'm pretty sure there's a demon that gets introduced that actually focuses on integration between the two races. So I'm holding out hope that a lot of those problems actually get addressed and not shoved under the rug.

Oh yeah the way demons are treated and presented are Def really sus. I think if the demons themselves weren't so human like in appearance it would Def have a lot less racist undertones.
One thing though although I could be wrong Im pretty sure that this exact thing is gonna get addressed in s2
