I propose a method that is the reverse of the Electoral College selection method. Each state votes on whether they have confidence or no confidence in the president. If the majority of states vote no confidence, the president is removed. Each posts their election results independently. 2/2

It is evident that the 25th Amendment does not work. It relies on the courage of the cabinet and Congress. We need a new method to remove a president and his cabinet when necessary. A method outside of Congress and the Courts. 1/2
