Lydia blinked and laughed out loud.
The name was amusing, and the fact that Ty made it for their first meeting, the irony was not lost on her.

"Congratulations Ty. I'm impressed and amused. You're two for two."

Lydia came over to the table and looked at the food.
It looked tasty and smelled even better.

"Of course. You've been accommodating and I don't ghost a decent host."

Lydia almost blushed and giggled like a schoolgirl, but caught herself in time.
Instead, she kept her expression neutral and even rolled her eyes a bit.
She wasn't about to let her guard down just yet.
Even though Ty was cute and charming with his antics.

Sighs deeply and rolls her eyes.

Secretly she found it a little bit funny but she's not going to admit that openly.

Lydia almost audibly gasped at the elaborate setup for their dinner.
She'd never had anyone who went all out for a first meeting let alone a first date.
She's exceedingly impressed.

"I think this wine is enough for now."

"I might tell you about it one day."

Lydia murmured as she turned to follow him.
This would be interesting. This masked man held secrets, and Lydia's inquisitive mind sought to uncover them.

Lydia groaned softly and took a drink of her wine.

"Oh really? We'll see about that mister."

A playful smirk crept over her pale features. It had been a long while since she'd had someone of any intelligence to talk to.

It was much needed after the busyness of unpacking.
She did let her gaze travel over Ty slowly.
She could appreciate his looks but she was more interested in his mind.

"I wouldn't know. I haven't eaten out anywhere else in the city yet."

Lydia wasn't often impressed but Ty had succeeded in that regard.
She looked around appreciatively at the loft and then Ty as he made his appearance.

"Hello. So this is the best restaurant in New York City?"

Skeptical eyebrow raise at Ty.

Lydia arrived not long after Ty had.
She could never dress in anything less than her best whenever she went out in public. She'd decided to wear all white for this date.

Clark was one Lydia would be keeping both of her eyes on.
He was a walking fashion disaster and a challenge Lydia wanted to conquer.
