My brother died recently. He had no spouse/kids. He lived in VA and I in AL. He didn’t want my oldest sister that lives in VA to have anything to do with his funeral, estate, etc. She did plan a memorial. Any idea how difficult it would be or how long it’d take to handle his estate?
