but also, if he doesn't like Andor (by far the best Star Wars has had to offer since ROTJ or maybe even ESB), we won't be seeing anything on that level for another generation. at best (if he lets some new voices in), we could get a few more solid but pulpy shows/movies

filoni was at one point capable of making good TV. Early Mandalorian is good and TCW is genuinely a solid teen show. He needs to learn to let fresh blood in so he can stop cannibalizing his own work. basically he needs his own Filoni if he wants to end his creative bankruptcy

no seriously. whenever i get writer's block i just stop and start using my writing time to read. at first i thought i had come up with another creative procrastination tactic, but unlike "building my settings in the sims" or "doodling everyone's outfits in my sketchbook", reading actually works lol
