I love the sweet cornbread I can get at Safeway, but I just call it corncake. Because it's cake. Delicious cake.

I've paired it with chili before, but really prefer the Jiffy mix for that (which is probably still considered sweet to some?).

I wish it worked that way for me. I can realize it's a dream but I can't control it or fly or anything.

Oof. A former coworker had that issue. Literally made him sick. I don't know if it was always an issue or developed later in life, but he was pretty young when I knew him (still in his 20's, I think).

I work for the Internet (managing the world's largest authoritative DNS). Most, if not all, of my salty old coworkers agree that the Internet was a mistake. Maybe not the original one, but definitely what it has become.

Certain parts of certain cities, sure. It's going to differ widely based on factors like your race and gender.

The downtown areas of major cities I've been to have seemed safe during the day for me, a white dude. People do sometimes get shot or stabbed in those places, but it's a very small %.

And yeah, SR-71 isn't exactly "plural". Sue me. 😝

Most of the ones I can think of don't seem to be plural to begin with and a lot that are you'd just be just removing the trailing 's'. 🤷‍♂️
