❌ The data is still full of holes and still painting half a picture (at best).
❌ MHCLG still "monitoring" with no meaningful oversight.

Adam Kiziak of Tri Fire was expelled by the Institute of Fire Engineers on 7th February 2025. The IFE described the case as “unprecedented in its seriousness for the Institution.”
