There's forks of them that are based on the open source chromium that can be mostly de-googled, same with forks of firefox like librewolf, or just webkit based browsers on apple systems.

There is Librewolf which is based on Firefox source but strips out the expirements and is privacy focused, I assume they're also stripping out the AI slop too.

I looked into it, but Firefox's Multi-Account Container functionality is a required feature for me, and being chromium based vivaldi doesnt have that.
