This is exactly what I told people before the election. “He will have an army, it’s the militias, proud boys, Border patrol and those corporate armies. These men believe in and follow their orders. Congress is making citizens do the fight instead of the Guard. I was the nut for saying this.

Love your direct writing style. I bought myself a gift that made a huge difference. I have sarc, just got my ICD, also SFN, etc etc. I bought myself an electric blanket, a throw, now I don’t spend hours trying to get warm at night. (I don’t get hot with my SFN but cold). Forehead slapping moment!

I think our addiction started during lockdown. During campaign you were THE Dr Oz takedown genius and I a fan. Today I mused how it was different from TV…obvious! Nano second attention span for phone. I made a rule of 30 minutes reading before phone. Turned back to 15😵💫. I have to restart😂😭

It has to be a friend who has never had a Twitter account, someone without the addiction. I immediately thought about doing it and my next thought was: Then I could go back on! 😵💫🤣. How about blocking time daily to write? Maybe take yourself to a library? You know all this. Just enforce it. ❤️❤️

I just tried to quit but then I learned it was on an ancient email I can’t access. So I can’t open it nor can I close it. My image is I am a Twitter ghost. I forget to get on Bluesky. I follow you and the great Maine guy. So I just search for “Main” and you both pop up. You both helped so much
