@arealpain.bsky.social A Real Pain is one of the best films of this year. So many of the others are dreary - this one is beautiful and poignant and filled with Chopin’s music. Yes, Kieran Culkin’s character is annoying but he does it so well! Great, great film written and directed by Jesse Eisenberg

The Substance is the GROSSEST movie I’ve ever seen. I don’t know why I watched it to the end. Spare yourself!!!!

Yesterday was a hard one. I chose to focus on it being MLK day and honoring his legacy. We’ve been in darker places before (just barely) but we have to keep marching forward. Stay focused on the arc of justice.
