And they had made the commitment of a 2 months timeline. The only thing I've gotten was a sketch that still needed work (as it didn't look like the reference sheet they made)

I mean they designed my reference sheet they've kind of just fallen off the last few months. I've already decided to start the process of getting a refund at this point.
