Trying it again, and they're not as clicky as I thought they were. So about half way between pro controller and joycon. They kind of feel like snes controller, but the buttons themselves are smaller diameter

I prefer mushy buttons but this is going in my backpack for occasional use so it's no big deal. Pro controller or Gamesir (analog triggers) at my desk

Bert was also great with vectors and wrote some books on how to use various drawing apps.

It's likely that something other than Macpaint was used, eg. ImageStudio or PixelPaint, with the artwork being saved in standard MacPaint format.

I did it that way on Playdate bitd.

But in my Dottie pixel art app I create a path of all selection edges (doesn't need to be closed) and draw a dotted line with constantly changing start offset.
