my liheap money came through (after 2 months). it paid over half my bill. we energies still won't even talk to me until i pay them 600 more. there isn't another option for electricity in our market.

similar to the way that all kroger prices are 1.5x higher than they should be because they are trying to recoup imagined losses from not being able to merge. they'll find a way to wring it out of the middle class.
