Oh cool, that sounds good and very much needed! You seem to have quite a bit of radio experiance too so right up your street! I hope your shifts are non eventful however 🙂

We did survive! Winds up to 60mph, it wasn't fun, torrential rain too so I'm glad for it to be calm tonight to get a good night's sleep!

Well not seen any yet! Yes over for the TT, it's been great fun to watch but tonight is stressful! In the van with an air awning and it's blowing a hoolie! Rain should be with us shortly, roll on about 3am when it's calmer! Hope you are all good?

Yay! I was hoping they were 😁 still not seen mammatus yet...due to get stormy here later (wish us luck, we're camping!) so may see something before that

If you do decide to come and have a walk, I can highly recommend the Alice Lisle pub for a nice lunch near Ibsley (the Alice Lisle story is a good Google too, my husband works in her old house 😊) and the Foresters in Frogham for an after arrow finding pint 😊

This should give you an idea of where I was and the circles are where the war items were. A couple of great things to see up by Frogham too, the bombing range shelter and the aircraft arrow too

I love it, opposite where RAF Ibsley was and it's great you can go in as well (although a good torch is needed). Have you seen the arrow up near Frogham? I'm not a war geek but this being local to me has turned me into a bit of one x

Oh wow, that's quite a late start but at least gives you time to get your life together beforehand. I wasn't a fan of getting up at 5 to start at 7 I must admit!
If I want to do the 57 it's probably best its not as tough, I don't want to set my knees back. Maybe next year tho....😉
