Made a beef stew last night that I'm very happy with. The meat was perfectly tender (and it is even better today). Liquid was looser than I wanted but I think I know how to fix it

Made a second attempt at the curry. Added more fruits and veggies and used venison instead of chicken. The curry itself tasted closer to what I wanted but was looser and chicken is definitely the way to go but still very good overall

Guess I can use this as a place to post dishes im proud of. Have come a long way with cooking, and while there's still plenty of room to improve I feel like I understand it all so much better. Enjoy some japanese curry I made the other night
