Kind of artsy a bit of a weirdo. A seasoned adult who has come to the realization that life is to be lived, and I am ready to live my life to the fullest.
Have had the teens here for a few weeks. They are 14 and 16 now. It's been nice, they have been visiting friends and family.
Summer 2025 with the grands has been fun ♡♡♡

I went outside, took a few moments to welcome the sun this morning. It's crazy cold, I needed my yoga mat. Yes, I have many in the Ashram, yet this mat is magical...
Next on my agenda today is gentle yin yoga and sound meditation with a few friends.

Breathing deeply the cool crisp energy of this January Moon, I take time to be where my feet are grounded. Breathing in the now, reminding myself to be appreciative of the walk I've taken.

Exhaling into the moon let darkness, I see my breath, linger and fade. I let it go with the darkness,

January's Moon is the Wolf Moon, braking the cycle of long dark nights, her light beckon the howling of the wolf's... I listened for them yet they are drowned out by the sounds from the interstate.

I stood in the cold dark night and gazed at her brilliance, as she shined her brilliant hue above my path.
She shone bright above my shoulder as I walked to close the gate.

Her guidance was with me on my drive home.
Perched above my tree line she lingered,
gifting her Moon Energy upon my home.

WooHoo! I slept again last night, 5hr 37 min.... I won't call it a streak, yet with yesterday's 5 hr 39 min, it's a win for me. I am attributing this to adding B12 into my daily supplement intake.
