at rehab after 2nd hip replacement I reached for my shoe with my toe, felt a lightning bolt of pain & the loudest crack ever. Cracked a bone near the new hip. 6 weeks of no weight bearing but avoided surgery. Glad of that but was a long time to feel immobile. Use those devices to aid the process! 🖖

I've had tears watching every update on TV. As much as I want to stay informed, sometimes I just have to tune out, craft, read, paint or nap just to escape from the unbearable, if only for an hour or 2. Being housebound bc of -8° wind chill doesn't help!! Your peaceful garden pics helped alot!! 🥰

Every time I hear MJ,Trump or any member of the admin say, " not in my lane", " was too busy and didn't see that", " don't know about it, just hearing it", I want to scream...If you're that unaware, how can you be leading this nation? Ignorance isn't bliss, it's just ignorance and dishonesty.

We are digging out from our 8 to 10 inches of snow!! It was beautiful but now it's a dangerous mess! This old gal is staying put inside. Our "feels like" temp is only 6°F.
