We're just getting rain, which is just as well, because my furnace is on the fritz. Waiting for the plumber to come tell me it'll cost millions of dollars to fix. Sigh.

Tell that to my pharmacy. Filled a scrip yesterday that's been under twenty bucks for YEARS (maybe decades! it's an old generic), and it's now $50.

I expected it to be bad, based on others' experiences, but, both times, I had virtually no side effects other than a sore arm, a little fatigue, and a mild headache. The sore arm lasted longer than most vax, but it only hurt if I touched the injection spot.

Medicare, total premium increase was about a third, between the Parts A-B increase and the add-on (Advantage) plan. And today I got hit with a generic (disfavored but only one that works) I pay out of pocket >doubling in price, from $20 to $50. Haven't seen an explanation for why the sudden increase
