She definitely WANTS people to try, she's actively trying to get people to try! But-- Aside from trying to force Angel's redemption in her fit, she wouldn't force Vox.

Charlie's definitely the sort of person who'd want everyone to have their *chance*. She believes anyone can be redeemed, but if they don't take their chance/don't WANT to be, then they won't be. Vox has a chance just like everyone else, but he's not gonna take it. And that's on *him*.
