Google has started automatically opting you in to let it read your stuff to train AI. You need to turn this off in SEVERAL places in your settings (not just for Gmail), if you want to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

I have successfully cut down my screen time to 3 hours from 4.5 hours, which is a first good step. now I hope I can keep this up.

I’m going to make a conscious effort to minimize my screen time.
It’s going to be difficult to not set myself up for failure but the main thing I use the internet for is not what I experience when I use it anymore, and it’s not doing my mental health any favors.
