Saw this recently. #Dodgers currently owe OVER A BILLION $$$ in deferred payments to 7 of their starting players.

Current CBA allows this, but shouldn't this be addressed once it's up? Seems dishonest. If you can't pay the player during the contract, then don't sign the player.
