im also on a hunger suppressing medication!!😭😭the rough part wasnt the hunger for me, it was the fatigue that came with my body adjusting to the extreme lack of food
id imagine getting people to not notice will be really hard though :(( I wish you the best with that !!<3

AHH THANK YOU!! youve so got this!! be super safe, make sure to keep up on electrolytes trust me!!!!! I will say, the first 6 days or so are really rough so be prepared :,) but it does get easier after that!❤️❤️
