Absolutely! Sunset Club and Easy German (which is actually for advanced learners) have substance + humor, which makes them​ super enjoyable.

As someone who also does this (through podcasts though) it's weirdly comforting knowing how much normal (non-AfD) Germans fucking hate Trump/Trumpism too.
