I have been reading "Gulag Archipelago" which is a non-fiction study of the gulag prison system in the former Soviet Union, by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, who lived through it. The parallels to what is happening here is deeply disturbing. Totalitarian governments all operate the same way, LEFT or RIGHT.

I like making sourdough bread, do it often, and it turns out well. But I am a bit of a non-conformist, and I don't always follow the "rules." Do other sourdough bakers feel like it's been made more difficult than it needs to be?
