My tenth Ironman 70.3 is in the books, and with that, my race season is over. Full race report coming soon, but for now here's my #medalmonday

Ironman 70.3 Boise for #MedalMonday. Tremendous race, spectacular course, wasn't feeling 100% but still got a PR, absolutely can't wait to do it again. Full race report coming later this week.

A short review of the Zwift × RIPT Ultra headphones: They lasted a grand total of two days before they started malfunctioning. I think sweat got into them, despite being "sweatproof." Don't waste your money.

Ironman 70.3 Coeur d'Alene is in the books! Race report to come later, but got a personal record of 5:30:22, and 16th in the M40–44 age group. Left absolutely nothing on the table.

Not loving this weather forecast for Ironman 70.3 Coeur d'Alene next Sunday. Not sure what the water temperature at Lake Coeur d'Alene is right now, but with a low of 46°F, I think a shortened swim is in the cards again this year.
