Oh it's the city hall train station which is closed because it no longer makes transit sense really but is still one of the prettiest in the city and ought to be turned into a restaurant or something.

Congestion pricing is good not bad for drivers as it reduces congestion and traffic jams. Driving has a direct cost in terms of congestion, pollution in urban areas and road damage. An accurately priced fee must be based on that and it's ridiculous to frame that as "taking away our cars."
