💡 A recent publication in the Journal of Hypertension shows how controlling BP can protect brain health + prevent cognitive decline.

It builds on findings from the SPRINT-MIND study which found keeping systolic BP <130 mmHg reduced risk of mild cognitive impairment + dementia.
