Indeed. But a line has now been drawn. It seems our freedom of expression is somewhat different to the free speech championed by the US tech bros. I think this is is a good thing. Maybe people will start to think just a little bit harder before they post. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

Was that during the time that suitcases of cash containing ££millons were being transported around? Not suggesting anything illegal was going on, it's all perfectly normal in ones circle, you know? www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-6194...

Where the line is drawn.... and that's the crux of it. It's going to be used selectively, isn't it? Which will merely serve to reinforce stereotypes and bias. It seems like a thoroughly retrograde policy to me. Ultimately, it's going to impact some sections of the community more than others.

So, BBC 👀, it turns out the King could have done this all along, not just an act of parliament.
Abolition of the Royal prerogative is long overdue to protect us all from the self interests of the monarchy.

This was a powerful film. Watch it if you get the opportunity. Or maybe organise a showing like @stroudsar.bsky.social put on yesterday.

I recall they had a data breach recently. Take care.
However, if it's genuine I'd be livid! Wrong in so many ways. It's an approach few would consent to knowingly.
