I'm enjoying Sunday with Laura Kurnsberg on BBC1 this morning, is it because Victoria Derbyshire is in the chair?
Of course it is. Victoria asks her question and then listens, yes she very rarely interrupts.
Proper journalism.

Well done Angela Eagles on the Today programme Radio Four now.
Robinson keeps
asking questions over her replies, as always, but she is just continuing to finish her current answer.
He's stopped interrupting now so we actually know what she has to say.

I've just been looking at the Premier League table. If results go the right way, St Totteringham's Day could be coming in February this year.
Note, I said could!

A quote from the Guardian football this morning; "Ange Postecoglou’s conceit of being the alpha-male manager whose team sting like a butterfly and press like one too."

Right now Bad Enoch is being interviewed on the Today programme. It is an interview made for the Today podcast so it's "longform".
This enables the listener to hear & understand what a politician is trying to say as opposed to the usual hurried, hugely interrupted stuff you normally get on the BBC

@yvonneburdett. Are you as happy with that first half as I am ? Why wasn't that a foul on Saka?

I'm very very happy with The Arsenal result today, five after six goals last week but well done to the Burnley fans for staying until the end to support their team in the rain unlike west ham who went home before half time.
